Our web based employee self
services solution gives all employees of an organization the
ability to report problems or reserve equipment via the web.
Working in conjunction with QBICFlex, QBICWeb significantly
reduces the number of phone calls into our customers call
center and streamlines their communications, thereby
improving every employees productivity and workforce
morale.
A user wishing to submit a work
request can call up the QBIC Work Request form on your Web
Site, enter the information, like Requestor Name, Location,
Phone, Work Requested, etc. Upon completing the Work
Request form, the user can click the Submit button on the
form and the work request will be processed and added to the
QBICFlex Web Request database. The request will be assigned
a request number, and the requestor will receive
notification of the request number. At this point, the work
request resides in the QBICFlex Web Request database.
The Web Request may be accessed through QBICFlex from the
main modules menu. If the request is denied, the user may
enter a reason for denial, and send an email back to the
requestor that will let them know the work request number
and why the work request has been denied. Upon approval of
the work request, a work order is automatically created in
the work order file, assigned a work order number and
pertinent information is added to the work order, including
a work request number, so that the work order can be
referenced by either the work order number or the work
request number. Additionally, an email can be sent out
notifying the requestor that their work request has been
approved and giving the requestor the work order number to
address their request in the future.
