QBIC III follows a phased model that has several sets of key
tasks, such as Project Organization and Administration,
Business and Systems Analysis, Identification of Data
Sources and Interface Requirements, Implementation Plan
Development, Plan Execution, and Post-implementation
Follow-up.
Using this phased
model ensures open communication so that QBIC III and our
customers implementation team are fully aware of the
agreed-upon requirements and timeline. This ensures proper
scheduling of the appropriate resources necessary for the
CMMS implementation and on-site training.
Prior to most
implementations, QBIC III performs an analysis of our
clients' strategies and tactics, as well as their degree of
aptitude with CMMS technology. The goal of this analysis is
to ensure that all clients get a solution that bests fits
their needs and capabilities. |

employee's can customizes QBICFlex, optional QBICFlex

however some customer have unique workflow requirements
and take advantage QBICFlexs open architecture environment
and powerful toolbox. These easy to use toolboxes allow
our consultants or your administrators to develop powerful
system and report modification, rapidly and affordability.

Training
QBIC III
offers numerous end user, system administration and
development courses. Training is available at customers
location or at our offices in Gaithersburg, MD.
Operator training is a key factor in the successful
implementation and ongoing operation of any system. To
ensure that there is a complete understanding of the
QBICFlex software on varying levels of operation, QBIC
offers a number of training options to meet your needs. We
offer a number of different classes at our facility located
in Maryland, and we offer individual, group and customized
training on site at your facility. |
