QBICFlex addresses our
customers CMMS, Web Self Service, safety and regulatory
documentation concerns. Use QBICFlex to meet or exceed GASB
34, JCHO and OSHA regulatory requirements. System support
is a valuable service to all QBIC III customers. Clients
that are current on their annual support plan have unlimited
access to our telephone help desk, and the use of the
exclusive support areas of our web site.
They also receive free updates
and upgrades throughout the year. For our customers that
have telephone modem or internet connections, we can provide
on-line help through the use of pcAnywhere. Our support
services help to reinforce the users and managers
capability to troubleshoot and correct any problems that may
occur while operating any of our products.
